Training

Nutrition

I teach you PFFFPA , a priority framework for what to eat more of, not what to avoid. Protein anchoring, calorie structure, flexible meal-building. Weekends, dinners out, work drinks. all built into the structure, not punished.
Outcome: You understand how to eat well and can run it yourself. No tracking every meal forever.

Health Beyond the Gym

If you do the work through all 12 weeks and don't see meaningful progress toward your agreed outcome, I'll keep coaching you at no extra cost until you do."Do the work" means: complete at least 85% of your check-ins, hit at least 85% of your training sessions, hit your protein target on at least 85% of days. If you meet those conditions and things still aren't moving, that's on me, and I'll keep going until they do.
About Me

A doctor who left medicine to do the part medicine doesn't have time for.
I trained as a medical doctor. However after working few years, I stepped off the path. Not because I failed, but because I saw what the job actually was. Ten-minute consultations, reactive prescriptions, telling people to "exercise more and eat better" with no time to help them do it.The actual fix? Teaching people how to train, eat, sleep, and build a structure that runs without willpower which wasn't something the health system had time for. So I left to do it myself.I got certified as a personal trainer, started coaching in-person clients here in Copenhagen, and built my practice around the part that medicine skips: translating what people know they should do into something that actually fits their life.I've lived across three countries; South Korea, New Zealand, Denmark and had success in a tutoring buissness, and failed publicly along the way (ask me about the café sometime). I'm a 0-or-100 perfectionist who had to learn that 80% is the real answer. Most of my clients are the same.
